- How can I track my order?

You can track your order, by clicking on the link received on your e-mail. If you are registered, however, by simply logging into your account. Or Contact Us.

You can find your order on your profile by logging into your account on our website. If you are not registered, you will find all details on your e-mail. Or Contact Us.

- Can I return or change and how, my items?

Yes, you can return/change your items within sixty (60) days from delivery. Just Contact Us, and one of our expert will give you instructions and follow the whole procedure, helping you to find the perfect and fastest way. 

- How long does it take to manage orders?

In 90% we process orders in two (2) business day. Up to a maximum of five (5) days.  

- How much does shipping cost?

Global standard shipping is free on all items. For express shipping there is a supplement of $24,99. Get free express shipping for orders over $89,00.

- When I will receive my parcel?

We deliver worldwide, we have three warehouses spread across the globe. We guarantee delivery in five (5) - twentyone (21) days.

 - Can I cancel an order and how?

Yes, you can cancel your order within one (1) hour from purchase. Just Contact Us, we will menage it for you.

- Can I modify my order and how?

Yes, you can modify, change, revise your order within one (1) hour from purchase. Just Contact Us, we will menage it for you.

- What happends if my order is late or lost for delivery?

If you have problems with an order, Contact Us to manage your order. If the tracking results late for delivery we will refund 25% of the costs incurred. Instead if lost, we will automatically total refund you. 

 

- What type of payment do you offer?

We offer all kinds of international payments: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Discover. We also offer AmazonPay and PayPal. For flexible payments we got Klarna. Bank deposit is also available.
