Returns. If you have problems with your order, contact us. We will manage to explain or in case refund you. You have thirty (30) days from delivery. Easy and simple! 

PLEASE NOTE. In case of return or exchange, we accept ONLY items in its original box or velvet pouch (Packaging). The item most be also in good condition. If the item is received in unsuitable conditions as listed above, the amount of the product will be charged immediately.
